Examination & Treatment
- Patients receive examination and treatment as prescribed by the doctor.
- Staff record all utilized services to compile the file.
Prepare guarantee documentation
- Insurance department prepares documents according to the insurance company's request.
- Compile invoices, test results, prescriptions, and related documents.
Submit insurance documents
- Documents are sent electronically or directly to the insurance company.
- Monitor and update the approval progress.
Approval & Payment
- The insurance company approves the file and pays directly to the center.
- Patients only pay the portion of costs exceeding insurance benefits (if any).
