Take a queue number
- Reception staff welcome and guide the patient.
- Take a queue number.
- Patients please present their BHYT card and CCCD, VSSID.
Register
- Staff receive and input data, verify it on the BHYT portal.
Vital signs measurement
- Staff measure pulse, temperature, blood pressure, height, and weight for the patient.
- Guide the patient to the specialty clinic.
Consultation – Examination
- Patients wait for the doctor to call their name for examination in order.
- The doctor takes medical history, conducts examination, provides consultation, and orders ancillary tests if needed.
Payment
- Patients pay the service fee as regulated (BHYT).
- Guide patients to the designated rooms.
Perform ancillary examinations
- ANCILLARY TESTS: Laboratory tests, X‑ray, Ultrasound, ECG, etc.
- Patients submit the ancillary test request form together with the receipt and proceed according to the called queue number.
- Wait to receive results as instructed.
Initial consultation room
- Return to the doctor's room after receiving all results.
- The doctor reviews results, makes a diagnosis, prescribes medication, and records complete ICD codes, drugs, and supplies within the BHYT catalogue.
Pharmacy counter
- Patients submit their prescription at the BHYT pharmacy counter.
- Receive medication and receive usage instructions.
- Pay the difference amount according to the BHYT coverage rate.
